Each Travel Inn Unit has between 30 and 40 employees who undergo rigorous procedures of selection and training. The result is a staff that is extremely well prepared and qualified to deal with any type of situation.
All managers and supervisors under go monthly recycling processes and are responsible for disseminating new information and updates to their staffs. The training, divided into four phases, covers everything from questions about communication and staff leadership to cost control and motivation.
The staff is prepared to deal with the most diverse necessities of the guests as well as mastering languages like English, Spanish, French and Japanese since nearly 30% of the guests in the hotels are foreign visitors.
